Welcome to the HIRE26 Exhibition Site

The Hire and Rental Industry Association (HRIA) is excited to announce that HIRE26 will be held in Sydney on 20-21 May 2026 at the Sydney Showgrounds.

The Exhibition Manual has been set up as an online site to provide easier access to information and downloadable requirements. All the information you require to set up your exhibition space, hire furniture & AV, book rigging, deliver material & book freight can all be found on this site.

Please ensure you complete the 3 Step Exhibition Checklist below to finalise your involvement ahead of HIRE26.

Exhibition Checklist

1. Read the online Exhibition Manual

Read through the online Exhibition Manual carefully for important information prior to completing Step 2:

Venue (Restrictions, Services, Parking)
Exhibition (Hours, Floorplan, Access, Booth Type & Inclusions)
Freight & Storage (Book Freight, Download Delivery Label)

2. Complete the Exhibitor Onboarding form

Complete the Exhibitor Onboarding form emailed to you or found HERE and submit the Key Submission Items:

Exhibitor Contact Details
Submit your Company Logo & Profile
Confirm your Booth Build & Booth Specifications
Upload your Public Liability Insurance: Certificate of Currency

Due date: Monday 30 March 2026

3. Register your team

Please use the Exhibitor Registration Portal to complete your online registrations
Visit the portal HERE and check with your Exhibition Stand booking contact if you don't know your portal login

Please be aware that HIRE26 exhibitors may be targeted by groups attempting to take advantage of the event’s size and continued success. Some exhibitors could receive unsolicited phone calls or emails from individuals or organisations not affiliated with the event, offering various services, such as:

Unknown stand contractors and event suppliers
Fake exhibition directories
Fake event attendee contact information and data
Travel / hotel arrangements and transportation services

The HRIA and its official suppliers never sell visitor lists or exhibitor information. Any organisation offering attendee lists or other services that is not on the approved supplier list is not affiliated with HIRE26 in any way.
